About
I'm an ML researcher and engineer based in Prague, holding an integrated five-year M.Eng. in Cybernetics & Robotics from CTU FEE. My work sits where machine learning meets real hardware and real data.
At IOCB Prague I built and deployed iCluto, a self-distillation (DINO) system for clustering and segmenting conductance traces, and the pipelines that made 100 000 raw traces usable. Before that I delivered UAVs end-to-end at the Military Technical Institute, configuring PX4 autopilots and MAVLink links. I also co-founded EPOM, a B2B procurement platform for grocery retail.

ML Researcher — Molecular Electronics
- Built & deployed iCluto: conductance-trace clustering & segmentation via DINO self-distillation with interactive dashboards.
- Developed Python (NumPy/pandas) pipelines to clean & structure 100 000 traces, replacing manual segmentation.
- Writing a paper (in prep.) on self-supervised learning for break-junction traces, motivating an ImageNet-scale benchmark.
- Presented iCluto at POSTER 2026 and led two technical seminars at IOCB.
